Clones- was a minor hit here in the states. I've only seen it on the Special Forces tour and on one other tour. Can't recall which one.
It was played on the No More Mr Nice Guy Tour in 2011.

Re: 2024

Strange-- Looks like Beasto is playing a couple dates at the same time Alice is scheduled to play. It also looks like Alice has a 3 weeks gap between the fair in Iowa and the start of the freaks tour. Hopefully some Alice shows are in the works for that time frame. It wouldn't be the first time Chu...

Re: The Lace and Whiskey Era

I'm with Si. The chickens fit right in with the other characters the dancers were playing: the alcohol bottles from the Madhouse Rock tour, the spiders and other monsters from the previous tours.... One could argue that all of that was over the top, but I never thought the machine gun-toting chicken...

Re: Starring Alice Cooper - pictorial autobiography

This is shipping from the UK, not the US. It also has twice the page count and is a physically larger book. The shipping price may be a little higher than if you had a friend send it to you, but it's not much higher.

Re: Starring Alice Cooper - pictorial autobiography

I would hope so though Kyler has posted he has seen the final product . No, he didn't. He posted, "I've held the test pressing of this thing...." That is not the final product. On. Aside note I just did a dummy order and they want £45 or just under AUD 100 for postage , that’s ridiculous and has de...

I’m sure there will be plenty of previously unseen photos but from the preview I’ve seen there a lots of well published photos , eg we get a full page blowup from the dragon town cd insert , a double page blow up of Kyler’s photo from paranormal of Alice putting his make up on and others . Do we ne...

Re: Hellfest 2022

Strong points. I thought also that it needed better/more planning. I imagine it was live switched, and it's loud out there. If none of the cameras had anything good, they'd bounce to a crowd shot. It wasn't all live-switched, because this version on Blu-ray differs quite a bit from the version that...

Why would he have? The world was a much larger place then, communications-wise. I would expect that he was virtually unknown in the U.S. in the '60s.
Because he looked like him.
That has to be the stupidest thing I've read here recently, which is really saying something.

Re: How many times have you seen an Alice concert?

I saw Stevie Nicks at Starwood in 2001, she was good, but what I remember of the venue was the sucky access to get there. That long drive on a little road. So, they shut that down? The land was sold to a developer in early 2007---Rush announced their tour would open in Nashville, and like a week la...

Re: "Road" - Reviews

You can produce an album for next to nothing these days. I'd bet most if the recording for this album and likely the last few was done remotely with Erin compiling it together Alice has his own studio in his house where I believe most of his vocal parts are recorded. I'd bet that Alice was never on...

Re: Brutally Live - remastered

These have been discussed here before. For your first question, it was not HD, but I assume they've gone back to the original master tapes for these, as these new HD files are an improvement over the DVD release. Not full HD, but still more detail. No idea about the audio, but I assume the same appl...

I think they're fantastic. Both studio and live, as Si said. They are the first band to be added to my "favorite bands" list since I discovered Jackyl in 1992. Yes, that was quite a dry spell. (Jet would have made the list, but their second album was so putrid that it tainted their first album for m...
