Re: Live at Glasgow '82 - 2lp RSD 20202
What can I say?...I love this! It brought back memories of seeing this tour in North Tonawanda, NY(Near Buffalo)...I had been a huge Cooper fan since I bought the Alice Cooper Show when it was first released a few years earlier & within a short span of time I had all of his albums and a couple of Ki...

Re: Eddie Trunk Top 20
Everyone is a bit different but a bunch of these tunes would make my list(especially the first 5)... The one song I always loved for some reason is “Never Been Sold Before” And that would definitely make my list. The ending of the tune drags on a bit long but that tune don’t get many mentions anywh...

Re: Eddie Trunk Top 20
That’s cool he’s doing an Alice Cooper Top 20 But I can see him saying how much he liked the original band and his favorite tune by them is “Welcome to my Nightmare”... :( Sorry... But I remember him having Ann & Nancy Wilson on his show and they were playing Stump the Trunk where the audience ask ...

Re: Eddie Trunk Top 20
For comparison's sake after Eddie reveals his top 20 AC songs, here are mine (in chronological order - there are only 17 songs listed right now but I'll try to add 3 more between now and Tues.): Caught In a Dream Second Coming Ballad of Dwight Fry Under My Wheels Halo of Flies Desperado Dead Babies...

https://recordstoreday.com/SpecialRelease/12357 This says 7000! Shoooooot! I wish I would have seen this yesterday... I really want this record as it was the first tour I seen Alice Live & when I seen only 750 on here I figured that there's no way I'll find one here in Buffalo(I had no luck even fi...

Re: Mike Pinera
Yeah, I figured that there's no way he'd remember that... I basically wrote that because that's just something that bugged me over the years & wondered if I was right. I know what you mean about SAHB live cd's even though I never seen them live. Framed seemed to drag a bit on that live record but I ...

Re: Mike Pinera
One thing I always wanted to know...(I know it's too late but not sure if it would have been one he would remember) Anyway, When I seen the show at Melody Fair in North Tonawanda, NY it was before Special Forces was released and I remember them opening with Who Do You Think we Are(which I never hear...

Re: The Making Of Easy Action
I’m glad you posted this!! I bought a Classic Rock Magazine at Barnes and Noble last week. It has Jim Morrison on the cover and a big article on Alice Cooper from the early days so I’m assuming this may be the article... I’m glad you mentioned this because it made me realize what I tend to do...I se...

Re: 65 Quid For an Autograph!
There's no way I would pay that much for an autograph but Just curious is Alice charging that much or is the Film & Comic Con setting the prices... Only because I once read that for certain sports stars... the stars are paid so much for being there and the place that has them charges what they want ...

Re: Roots of Rock n Roll Intervew 1980
I had seen the School's Out film(with the hanging) on Don Kirshner's Rock concert in the late 70's & that was the only time I seen that footage...I was surprised it never surfaced on YouTube or on any of Alice's DVD's so I was happy that it was on in the background of that 1980 video so I was curiou...

Roots of Rock n Roll Intervew 1980
I came across this today & was wondering where the old School's Out footage that is playing in the background is from... The reason I was asking was because this is the Footage(Not the Alice interview parts) I always wondered about. This is the footage I seen on Don Kirschner's Rock Concert in the l...

Re: Lou Reed - Rock and Roll Animal
Back in the 70’s I was basically into Alice, Kiss, Aerosmith, Nugent, AC/DC, Sabbath, Max Webster, Blue Oyster Cult...etc. and always bought Rock Scene & Creem Magazine which had a lot of Lou Reed mentioned which I could have cared less about...but one day around 1980 I was at a co-workers house hav...

Even with the Original Band, if they used that in the Bond film would it have led to an earlier appearance of Maurice Escargot?

Re: Revisiting No More Mr. Nice Guy - Live at Alexander Palace
The Special Forces line up was just brutal. I loved the way the attacked those songs! The loop that played before the band came on was great. Id love to have that tacked on to the beginning of the album. The beginning loop was great! When I seen that show...the venue(Melody Fair) was set up "in the...

Re: Revisiting No More Mr. Nice Guy - Live at Alexander Palace
I really love the guitars on the Alice Cooper Show version of I'm 18 Agreed. TACS version is tied with the WTMN live version for my favorite recordings of "I'm Eighteen" ever. On nightmare, you can hear one of the guitarists drop their amp head a few inches to get that explosive intro from the reve...

Re: FOR BRITAIN ONLY
I was at my favorite local record store that wasn't your typical record store. This store got tons of imports in(even had separate section for Johnny Thunders!) & I was looking one day & found the EP of For Britain Only. I was also heavy into Metal/Hardrock so I really loved the tune but it was the ...
