I had nothing better to do, so I found that pastor's email and wrote him just to see what he said. He started calling him "Mrs. Alicia Cooper" and what not, and admitted that the chopping off the snakes was "maybe" a fabrication. Apparently "our youth" should not be listening to "his/her" lyrics. H...

That was about the most absurd article I have read, BUT, it did make me laugh, especially the comments that followed. "Sin sick" part of Kansas, boy, I need to visit there! LOL LOL Religious people can be the worst hypocrites out there from my experiences.

'Sturgis' attracts more than 500,000 visitors to the locale apparently, During that event maybe, but remember that can be spread out over several long days. For instance, the Indiana State Fair brought in around 800,000 (or at its peak 900,000) people per year, in a city with around a million peopl...

I'm having a hard time figuring out if some of these posts are satire or are serious.... You are not alone, my friend, most interesting reading. Given the absolute number of concerts around the world, every year, and the couple of isolated incidents mentioned here (over a period of many years), I w...

however, i don't think they are actively being taken down from youtube, because of the fact that they are such horrible quality. so, oddly enough, the issue isn't with youtube it's with bootlegging in general. We are in total agreement, then, good. i understand what you're saying. remember - i'm sti...

Hey Matt, I'm a little surprised at your reaction to this video being on YouTube. Since you seemed to discourage people from taking video at a concert. Like I had said a few days ago in our sparring match, even though I shot video at Columbus, I would NEVER post it on YouTube. I have respect for the...

I see that I am not alone in personal opinions, good thing you guys aren't taking personal jabs at each other! LOL LOL LOL Good to see such strong convicted sparrin...

NO, I am done with him. I guess it's OK for him to personalize the audience as scum, but not to take it back on the chin like a man. Case closed. Like the famous saying, opinions are like a**holes, we all have one! People like Matt are the reason I quit going to shows, probably 20 years ago. People...

But rude behavior by security is NOT warranted. so your definition of rude is: standing in one spot and not moving every time you want to take a photo, and putting a guitar picK in your pocket. correct? how about all the fans who scream, yell and demand that security give them free crap. is that no...

(Come on people - none of you are ever obnoxious, drunk, stoned at a concert?) :bam: Yes , ALL OF THE ABOVE, BUT minus the OBNOXIOUS!!!!!! Yes, I agree, security has a place, anywhere, and I am probably more mindful of that then most people, given my profession!!!! But rude behavior by security is ...

I was at one show where most of the bills went on the other side of the barrier and the one guard picked one up, looked at it and stuck it in his pocket. Everyone else trying to get them was pissed. Yep... this exact scenario happened to me in Columbus... except it was a guitar pick. A pick flew do...

So, I'm curious, how bad was "a bit overzealous"? These guys were just taking their job *way* too seriously. You'd swear they were secret service the way they were acting. For one, nobody was allowed to move up to the barrier, us in the first row had to stay back 3-4 feet by the benches. Not the en...

Of course, my fav's were the older material he did. 'Love It To Death' was my very first album buy (I was in the 9th grade) , way back in 1969. I still have it! cool. did you own a time machine at that time? buying litd two years before its release sounds really good :p Opps, I stand corrected, now...

Just got back from Detroit... the place looked packed... I would guess 3500 people. For the first time ever I had dead center front row reserved seats... unbelievable... even if the security was a bit overzealous. I'll post more later.... downloading my pics now from my camera... hopefully I got so...
