My brother gave me this for my birthday, I had no idea it was re-released. All 3 comics in a hardcover book. It's all black and white, but it has a very cool intro by Gaiman. Has anybody else picked this up? It's the first time I've got to read the comics, they're really friggin' good.

Anybody here know where to obtain or care to share the tracks Shockdance, Chemical Reaction or We Got Problems? Or are these tracks unattainable?

Since DD has Stand and a cover (Pretty Ballerina), it loses this one. If it had The Sharpest Pain on it like the Australian version did, this would be closer.
