Sheryl Cooper

On March 20, 1976, Alice Cooper married ballet dancer/instructor/choreographer Sheryl Goddard, who he met when she auditioned to perform in the 'Welcome To My Nightmare' show in 1975. She continued to appear in every show from then on until to 1982 playing a variety of rolls. In November 1983, at the height of Cooper's cocaine problems, Sheryl filed for divorce but, despite moving out of the family home for a time, she never went through with it and the couple were reunited shortly after Alice cleaned up and have remained together ever since. The couple have three children: Calico Cooper (born 1981), an actress and singer who has been performing in her father's stage show since 2000; son Dashiell (b. 1985) and daughter Sonora Rose (b. 1992). In 2013, after guesting occasionally in previous years, Sheryl returned to the Alice Cooper show for the 'Raise The Dead' tour playing the part of Nurse Rozetta.

Sheryl acts as an Executive Board Member on the Solid Rock Board of Directors, the Cooper's charity organisation in Phoenix, AZ. She has been a member of Camelback Bible Church for 22 years and serves as a teacher in the Women’s Aerobics Ministry and CBC’s Creative’s Drama Team. From 2003 to 2007 Sheryl owned, operated and acted as artistic director of Destiny Dance International.
