According to the Los Angeles Times Alice is selling his "in-town retreat", a duplex in Echo Park that he uses when in town to write or record. It's on the market for $1.299 million.. so the ultimate collectable for the fan who has to have anything? Unfortunately the LA Times still hasn't been updated to allow access to anyone in Europe.
